The Rhodopi Diamond is a project of Projest Bulgaria LTD – a company engaged in the fields of real estate market investments, global designing, management and engineering.
Projest Bulgaria LTD foundation dates back to the beginning of 2003 initiated by Fabrizio Alemanno, Alberto Anselmetto and Jeffrey Stone. The company is registered in Bulgaria with Italian-American capital and its head office is in Plovdiv, on 42 Ivan Vazov str.
The managing team of Projest Bulgaria LTD has long expertise in buildings construction and restoration in many countries throughout the world among which are: The United States, The United Kingdom, Russia, Liberia and Bulgaria. Each one of the directors has contributed with his experience and skills to the success of the company and the establishment of its immaculate reputation of a wanted and trustworthy partner both for Bulgarian and foreign investors.
Well-recognized are the company possibilities in the areas of design and realization of attractive and luxurious projects on the Bulgarian market. Excellent examples are the sunny seaside complex Sun Coast Villas Resort located on the first coastal line of Sveti Vlas, as well as Rhodopi Pearl Resort having excellent view to the ski-runs of Snezhanka peak. PROJECT REALIZATION
Bulmix Pamporovo LTD is a joint venture of PAR Bulgaria, Bulmix 97 and MS Consult. As such, Bulmix Pamporovo LTD, is a successful mixture of the assets of the three companies.
PAR Bulgaria is a UK owned consultant company, which is working on projects in both the UK and Bulgaria. It has got many years of experience consulting some of the biggest UK developers, as Crest Nicholson, Barrats, Tailor Woodrow and others. On Bulgarian market it is consulting the biggest UK fund operating in the country – Black Sea Property Fund. It is also developing some boutique residential apartment blocks in the capital – Sofia. What PAR brings to the venture is mainly stability and know-how.
Bulmix 97 is one of the top five construction companies in Bulgaria. The company is famous for its reputation as fast and high quality builder. In addition to its international experience, in the last five years Bulmix 97 has specialized in construction of hotel complexes all over Bulgaria. Its partners are hotel chains, LTI and world known companies such as Volvo and others. The company brings large financial, technical and human resource capital to the joint venture. Furthermore, with personnel outnumbering 1200 employees, Bulmix 97 guarantees high quality built and completion of the undertaken projects according to strict schedules.
MS Consult is a small, dynamic development company with alternative approach and rational vision. The role of the company in Bulmix Pamporovo LTD is to provide the coordination between the different trades and consultants. It has proven its organizational abilities many times.
